Who we are
The Morningsky Leadership Initiative was founded in 2021 by Michelle Oberwise Lacock and Carol Lakota Eastin with the sole purpose of Empowering People to Claim their Authentic Voice. Michelle and Carol bring their decades of experience working within the Native American community and cross-cultural settings to help today's leaders build bridges rather than walls. They embrace Wesleyan Theology and Creation-Centered spirituality and have come together to help leaders and organizations adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

We offer these Leadership Retreats and Workshops to provide you and your team an opportunity to re-discover one another through a new lens. These expeditions will provide you the ability to see both yourself and others in a new light.
Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
CPE is a combination of professional education and first-hand experience providing spiritual care to patients, families and staff members in a multi-faith clinical setting.
